2. I also wish it had stretches and cool down exercises at the end of a workout routine.very nice app for home workouts.. easy to use and it saves the history.. you can take 30 days program.
3. I would suggest to add some workout diary or a graph and sync it with cloud storage like google drive or dropbox so that it gives the right idea of growth.
4. I am using this workout to stay fit as I have started gaining the belly since last month.
5. I am using it since last 3 days and with 2-3 minutes of workout I start sweating.
6. I prefer the hardest cause that will help me to gain more but the downside of the app is; it does not count down or next the exercise automatically and this makes the app awkward.
