1. Great work .Rotten tomato says it's " 100% fresh,-ly, annoying for every change in the phone, every time you do anything it gets you with, must scan now, I'm done thinking about it so, if you need more examples i hearby sentence you to use experience this app.

2. Many times it won' t release the phone no matter how many times you hit the little "x" to clear the screen.AND (this is VERY importent) it does NOT have an UNINSTALL button! Beware!So far it does what it says it can do.

1. Fix Files Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Files: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Files App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Files" » Open Files: File Manager, Explorer+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Files » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Files: File Manager, Explorer+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Files servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Files: File Manager, Explorer+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Files app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Files might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Files. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Files then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Files not working

2. Fix Files Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Files be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Files not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Files may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
