File Manager PRO Customer Insights

1. you can't even click a button without having an ad popping up with this appWaste app worst waste full don't use open ads repeating ads worst appWhy do I have to download garbage apps from ads just to open a file?! It happens on EVERY file! Why would I pay inflated prices on this garbage app to get rid of ads?!Without ADs it would be great app... In my older Moto models (i.e. Moto One) it works with no ads without purchasing!Doesn't allow access to Microsoft card ! Explanation to access too confusing!Too many ads.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix File Manager PRO Issues

1. Fix File Manager PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart File Manager PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the File Manager PRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "File Manager PRO" » Open File Manager PRO: Manage Files » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for File Manager PRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear File Manager PRO: Manage Files app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from File Manager PRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "File Manager PRO: Manage Files" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check File Manager PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, File Manager PRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall File Manager PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall File Manager PRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing File Manager PRO not working
