I have reached out directly to FFB, no response yet.They are very efficient at your request they suggest the best way to Handel request to save time, alert to fraudent activity.Super simple and easy to use!This app does have some technical improvements over the original FFB app, but there is a MAJOR missing component.
2. When I try to update it, it only goes to this app page that has 2 options, "Uninstall" or "open"First Fidelity Bank is pleasant to work with and way better than the megabanks.
3. I figured the $4 fee I pay everytime I make a transfer would have helped ensure that we kept this feature with the new application...but alas, no.Very fast and simple!Really terrible interface.
4. It looked like i had money in my primary account but the app showed a savings account balance but showed transactions from my primary account.
5. Bank better take the overdraft fees off!!! I want the old app backWon't let me unlock my account to even use my card.
6. Every time I select FFB I'm told there's a new app update..install..I install...next time I enter, same message as though I never installed the update.
7. INTERBANK TRANSFERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED! So, you can no longer move money to another bank through this application AT ALL.
8. One star is 1 star too high.App won't sync try to update but it will not give me an option.
9. Pondering whether to change banks because the app is that bad.Terrible app.
10. Their app is straight forward and easy to use and their website is just as good as any of the competition.
11. Why can't I see current transactions....all I see is dated 17 January.
