1. Plus, the app doesn't rotate, so when I do try to view the card, or show it for proof, I have to zoom in to read anything! What the heck?! This needs fixed ASAP! UPDATE 3/18/21: A month later and still no ability to save ID Cards to device for viewing offline & you still have to pinch & zoom to view the dang cards!Simply not functional.

2. You never will get a good score.What the heck happened to the app?! I use to be able to view my insurance CD cards without having to log in now I can't save them to my phone for quick, easy access.

3. Do better.Unusable. The share button doesn't work on my ID card so I can't print it or send it.

4. I'll have to uninstall the app to get anything done.Like the main function, sharing or printing the ID card, doesn't work.

5. Also doesn't recognize autofill/biometric login and I must type it everytime.The app has the option to remember you but still requires sign in every time you open it.

6. Needs some work.Text doesn't fully fit on screen and some items are white text on white background.

7. It does keep a copy of the ID card available before you sign in but only shows my first coverage period which has expired and has never updated with my renewal.

8. I foresee this being a problem if I need to use the app for proof of insurance as it takes time to retrieve the unique password.

9. Thanks.This app doesn't record accurate driving miles nor the actual stats.

10. No claims or due dates for payments and even my policy wasn't showing up, insurance cards aren't available through the app for me either.

11. App doesn't load my policy at all but says I can't add it as it's already connected to my account.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Travelers Issues

1. Fix Travelers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Travelers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Travelers App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Travelers" » Open Travelers Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Travelers » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Travelers Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Travelers servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Travelers Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Travelers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Travelers might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Travelers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Travelers then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Travelers not working


2. Fix Travelers Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Travelers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Travelers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Travelers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
