1. Have to login using user name and password, which is fine, but fingerprint was working before and now it's annoying they haven't been able to fix it.The application has been broken for months.
2. Update over 2 years later: Haven't been able to login for two days because the app just does nothing.
3. Also, when client wants to "exit" you need to clear screen of all data, so someone can't pick up the phone and hit the "recent apps" button and see all data that was onscreen before exiting... not very secure!The balance is in sync with the website balance now.
4. The external account aggregation feature is nice EXCEPT it hasn't updated the automatically linked internal (TRP) accounts in 2 years!10JUN23: I can't log in via the app, but I can use a browser on the same phone to log in? Right.
5. I tried deleting and reinstalling, but the issue continues.Overall, good... but making a tiny 'i' click able for information is a bit obscure.
6. Why would you not warn people that you would reduce support? My version used to be supportedVery easy to use, pertinent info displayed at login.
7. 03JUN23: App version 7.0. Haven't been able to log in via the app for a few weeks not.
8. The fingerprint login worked for a while, then it broke in one of the last updates and they haven't fixed it yet.
9. Going to transfer funds due to the fact that this company can't even get an app to function in 2023.App doesn't work even after uninstalling and reinstalling.
10. Once you're able to login, the app is actually pretty good.
11. Still would like to see retirement progress, other account info, and the Future Path Tool.
