Why should I report an Issue with e& Cash?

1. This application can only be used by customers who are registered in the e& Cash service.

The app has a lot of potential and it would really make life easier for people, but please fix this, thanks.Very bad app I wait a half hour to get a code and the app tell me incorrect guys how update the app I think the update should make the app Better,,,How should i login? .. pin code is required which won't be sent ,it will be sent only after request other pin , after adding it error displayed that its wrong ! And now after 3 times .. error message displayed that i added it wrong 3 times and telling me there's short message will be sent .. also there's any messages sent to me !!The App should also provide an area for non-Egyptian ID card holders to open their wall accounts.

But looking at the business, it should be open to all including residents.Very bad application, i can't do log in for first time, i simply take the verification code sent by sms "copy" and "past" it in the application, but it keeps saying"the code is wrong"!!!! Inspite i take the code copy and past it.

3. My phone is rooted BTW !! Could this be the issue??It drives me in a circle; first it asks to enter my mobile, so I do to receive the verification code.

4. I can't do log in !!!! I will not use such idiot application.Any historical transactions only named "Remote Purchase" without mentioning any additional details, and it is lead to a confusion with the govmnt orgs.

5. Then it asks for the pin code and I write a one.

6. The only problem that I have none of you can solve it, who I supposed to refer to ? The worst customer service ever.

7. I will not use this app again.I can't make cash in from this app ...fix it!!A new and very beautiful facade .. Keep moving forward, EtisalatDoesn't open at all.

8. I cant even rate the app since it doesn't even open when i press the app icon simply nothing happens.

9. There has to be a detailed guide as for what exactly each option on the list can do: what exactly to do to pay a bill, what exactly to do to have an online card, etc.

10. When I call the customer service and ask them how to use the app, I find them as clueless as me.

11. There is room to improve this unless the service is meant for Egyptian National only.

1. Fix e& Cash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart e& Cash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the e& Cash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "e& Cash" » Open e& Cash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for e& Cash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear e& Cash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from e& Cash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "e& Cash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check e& Cash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, e& Cash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall e& Cash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall e& Cash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing e& Cash not working

2. Fix e& Cash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make e& Cash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to e& Cash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, e& Cash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
