Why should I report an Issue with GetOutPass?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of eSource42 to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You need to be able to filter activities by location (I don't want to have to look through Idaho Falls and Rexburg area activities when I live in Boise), have a like option so that you can go back and find all the ones that you were interested in easily.

2. App is so bare bones you can't even filter offers by location either.You are forced to enter a credit card even if the pass was gifted to you with a voucher that was already paid for.

3. No way to "heart"/like/save events you're interested in, so redeeming events happen on accident& is confusing.Doesn't include the offers advertised when we purchased the pass.

4. We really love the idea, but... 1) We went to redeem our first pass, and it said we had already used the one we wanted to redeem, even though we had not used any of them yet! 🫤 I'm feeling really stressed out since we've planned a vacation around these.

1. Fix GetOutPass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GetOutPass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GetOutPass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetOutPass" » Open GetOutPass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetOutPass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GetOutPass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetOutPass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetOutPass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GetOutPass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetOutPass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GetOutPass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetOutPass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetOutPass not working

2. Fix GetOutPass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetOutPass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetOutPass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetOutPass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
