Very nice, i have a poor memory when grocery shoppng im always forgetting items i love this app its simple to use and as you pick out your item at the store i check it off the list by simply deleting it and move on to the next item and i dont mind the ads at all this will truly make my grocery shopping much more pleasent and easier.

2. But now I have Samsung Galaxy A32 and from the Huawei, I can find an option to send the Shopping list and managed to receive it in the Samsung phone.

3. But I cannot find an option to import the list into the app in the Samsung??? How can I contact the app makers, for help???It was alright other than to many ads popping up.

1. Fix My Shopping List Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Shopping List: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Shopping List App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Shopping List" » Open My Shopping List - to do list » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Shopping List » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Shopping List - to do list app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Shopping List servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Shopping List - to do list" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Shopping List app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Shopping List might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Shopping List. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Shopping List then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Shopping List not working

2. Fix My Shopping List Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Shopping List be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Shopping List not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Shopping List may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
