1. Even after deactivating this app doesn't allow me asking for deactivation.Appears to be a fraudulent app since it clearly states BITDEFENDER MOBILE SECURITY twice during the initial login (Google login is only option).

2. Login with Google not acceptable.Why Emsisoft mobile security and Vipre mobile security features are same?Same company or same product?An exceptional piece of software.

3. The only drawback is that You can't buy one licence for both PC and mobile.Been using this for my PC so as well in my phone also! Trusted and reliable protection and excellent customer service too! Hope that they are working for dark mode interface.

4. I've scanned my system a number of times I never found anything that Emsisoft allowed to pass.So... Why can't I purchase premium on the app? The security is the best for PC and phone... But not having a purchase section built into the app is just backwards thinking.

5. I would have given 5 stars but emsisoft messed up big time.Security is silent and don't disturb during daily phone usage but after license expiry can't uninstall it.

6. My biggest problem has been the renewal process every year, but stellar customer support has always walked me through these past four yearly renewals.Functionally it's almost identical to Bitdefender.

7. Can't even tell it's working until it stops you from going to malicious site.I'm pretty confident that this is the best security measure I've taken.

1. Fix Emsisoft Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Emsisoft: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Emsisoft App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Emsisoft" » Open Emsisoft Mobile Security » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Emsisoft » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Emsisoft Mobile Security app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Emsisoft servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Emsisoft Mobile Security" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Emsisoft app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Emsisoft might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Emsisoft. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Emsisoft then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Emsisoft not working

2. Fix Emsisoft Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Emsisoft be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Emsisoft not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Emsisoft may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
