Why should I report an Issue with Search by Image: Image Search - Smart Search?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I think you should have the option to pay for a subscription.(Ex: Give some extra additions when you pay monthly or yearly) If I could I would put 0 stars.Says that is free, but once the app downloads a very deceiving pop up comes up saying you have to "subscribe" (with credit card information from google play) in order to get the free trial (which is only 3 days 🤨😒) and then you will be charged.I x'd out of the window only to be shown the main screen which has the SAME situation...I thought hell no, so I moved out of the app but when I clicked it again it "magically" 🤨😒 allowed me to search.

However after three it said I used my daily limit.The prompts at the beginning are misleading enough, making you think you need s membership to use the app (skip those, they're commercials not requirements!) Not only was this app incredibly inaccurate, it forces you to subscribe to a totally unrelated app to continue use of this app after only four uses/searches! This time it isn't a commercial, a requirement!! Pfffff, NO Thanks!terrible! "3 day free trial" but you HAVE to put in your card.

3. Not worth that much and should be upfront about cost in the app store.BEWARE!!! Do not download! They offer 3 day free trial after you put in credit card information.

4. If you go to payment and subscriptions here on the app store, it shows the subscriptions that you have, just click on the name of this app, and then click cancel subscription.Claims to be free but then automatically charges $239 after 3 days.

5. I think it's a set up to take you money.Not free like it says, after you download and open it you a get a 3 day free trial then it cost you $199 to keep.

6. *I didn't, not that dumb! I closed out to just use it for one picture and it says 'image link not found' 3 times and then says 'youve used your allowed number of searches for the day' and takes you back to try to make you put your card in again.

7. worthless as hell!Can't cancel 3 day trial as it tells you cause you cannot get to the page to cancel.

8. They better not charge my google account as I never clicked subscribe.This app was of ZERO help to me! Major pain to try and figure out what to do, not easy at all.

9. The app has so many glitches and you can't cancel your trial through the app.There's a way you can cancel your subscription.

10. I used this app only three times today before having a pop up tell me I had to subscribe for a simple app that searches a photo.

1. Fix Search Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Search: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Search App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Search" » Open Search by Image: Image Search - Smart Search » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Search » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Search by Image: Image Search - Smart Search app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Search servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Search by Image: Image Search - Smart Search" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Search app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Search might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Search. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Search then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Search not working

2. Fix Search Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Search be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Search not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Search may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
