The app is great and tracks the cycle precisely...I usually get nearly accurate predictions which is a good thing...the only issue with the app is that when I switch the app from one phone to phone or reset my phone the data stored in the app seems to vanish and it starts afresh...which is not helpful since months of important data is totally lost...maybe developers can come up with some kind of account creation feature through which data will not be lost when changing from one device to anotherI've used and loved this app for probably 5 years to track my period and see consistency.

3. Currently finishing up on one, I'm to start in 5 days!! I used to recommend this app but now I'm thinking about finding something else to use in its place after years of using this app.Recently I changed my handset and downloaded MM diary app from Google play store.

1. Fix My Menstrual Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Menstrual Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Menstrual Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Menstrual Diary" » Open My Menstrual Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Menstrual Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Menstrual Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Menstrual Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Menstrual Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Menstrual Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Menstrual Diary might not work.
