11. The Popular pain tracking app for iOS and Android !.
1. I would have given it five stars if it allowed you to select the shoulder blade and shoulder area separate from the arms and back, on the body diagram and also has option to select "stiffness" as a type of pain.Helpful in keeping track of where exactly you're feeling Pain and what kind.
2. You can see lots of statistics once you get some data in too! My only suggestion (small enough to not bring the rating down) would be to add an option for wrists and ankles when logging pain locations.
3. This may be something I'm overlooking though.Great app, very helpful for keeping track of my pain, since nobody wants to listen to me without proof :/ Anyways, though, back to the app.
4. Most of my pain is in my joints like wrists and ankles, so it would be very helpful not only for me.It's too early for me to know how I will feel about this app once I've used it long enough to gain in sight into my condition.
5. Love the ability to draw/select body parts and assign pain scales and descriptors to each.
6. I've contracted customer service but haven't gotten a responseThis is the most well thought-out, comprehensive, and customizable pain management app ever! Love that it adds the weather for you automatically.
7. I especially like that there is a body map where I can track specific areas of pain.
8. Other than that, I've had no issues at all! This is absolutely the best app for keeping a pain journal because it is so in depth yet it's simple and quick to use.
9. My one suggestion to the developers would be to have a way to break down the body map into even smaller and more specific regions, especially if it's only unilateral.I find it somewhat time consuming but perhaps as I become more familiar with it I'll be able to go through it faster.
10. However, as someone with a physical disability using this app to track chronic illness, it's really frustrating having articles and notifications shoved in my face about weight loss, being active, "getting out", eating xyz, etc.
11. I wish I could turn off certain features that are irrelevant to my personal health, and possibly detrimental to my mental health.I've been using this for a few months and thought everything was fine.
