1. I have my account set up on autopay but it only pays the regular amount each quarter, not the occasional fees for an extra can, etc so if I happen to forget I incurred those fees, I don't know I need to pay it since I never receive a bill.The app works about as well I expected based on my previous experience with WM (the bar wasn't all that high).
2. The actual pick up service in my area is great! unfortunately trying to get clarification for charges and customer service hasn't been a good experience for me.
3. I didn't find a place to email or actually ask questions except for the virtual agent, which directed me to look up the information on my invoice ☹️It would be nice if you could see what the bill is for, specifically if it's for extra fees.
4. But the "contact us" button signs you out of the app and back to sign on screen! But then again I can't really blame them as their phones would be ringing off the hooks all day long with people calling to complain about the incompetence of their drivers who deliver the trash bins to the wrong address, etc.This app doesn't tell you anything useful.
5. No calendar of service, no service dates, just ambiguous descriptions like "every other Monday" but it doesn't give you a starting point to figure out if this is the week to haul cans to the curb or not.
6. I am currently very much missing the city-run apps and services that I had used before signing up for WM.Good App but it's annoying that, it seems like every time I have to log in to check my balance or make a payment, it asks me to update the app.
7. I would much rather go on my computer to schedule a pickup than use this app now.What was once a no frills app (no pick up notifications/ calendar export etc) is now just totally unusable (I can't even see when my recycling days are any more).
8. Some functions, like "report a missed pickup" just pop up a message saying "use the website instead" I've used many bad and/or useless software over the years, but this one takes it to a new level.
9. I switched emails and have to delete/install the app completely just to enter my new email as I have biometrics enabled and there's no login page.I really don't like this update and wouldn't recommend any longer.
10. Not too complicated, very user friendly.This app is a POS! Tried four times to save my mobile information so I can get text alerts, keep saying saved but it isn't.
11. The previous version was so much simpler, it felt like a good mobile experience.
