1. It has made the app painful to use and even slower. It does not show anywhere to create and account!!!!I would never want to go back to life before Atrium Health started using this app!!!! I never have to spend extended periods of time trying to track down MD pager numbers and wait impatiently for a call back on a STAT caseMaster Chef returns in this thrilling mobile action-RPG as a doctor OR surgeon (depends on which skull you select for the campaign).
2. Not receiving messages until hours after they were sent and receiving a notification for a message but never actually receiving the message are some issues I have had.I frequently have to uninstall and re-install as the app stops working every couple wks.
3. Once i re-install, the message shows up immediately.the notification sounds are adjusted using the media sound volumes on my phone NOT the notification sound volume.
4. Occasionally autocorrect or suggested text stop working making messaging slow and/or error prone -- two things you wouldn't want in the medical field.
5. It seems to always have issues with group messaging sending them as individual messages.I couldn't register for this app, it just made me to put my info 7-8 times in a row, and after each time it just throws me back to the beginning to start all over.
6. There isn't a way to set a recurring off-duty schedule. Not to mention that requiring employees to have a work app on their personal phone is sinister and can be abused (As a night shift EMT, I appreciate the off-duty setting, but it is not enough) the app is frequently glitchy.
7. this is a critical flaw as most people have their media sound level off but notification sounds on.
8. Now on my Samsung Galaxy S7 the word suggestion strip above the keyboard is gone as is word prediction, auto-capitalization of first words and autocorrect.
9. I get a message notification, but after opening the app, there is no message.
10. (Android 9)Easy to use Unable to sent more than one attachme nt.
11. Sorry, I'm done trying, I don't need it as much as my manager wants me to have it.
