1. Made several attempts with different passwords etc... Absolutely frustrating.I just wish we could add custom items or something to the app itself so we could at least track how many calories per gram of something they don't have or if they paired up with a company like MyFitnessPal that already has a million food items in catalog.

2. Haven't tried stylus yet, but shouldn't have to... just sayin....Useless! Installed App on my Tablet and it worked fine for a few weeks.

3. I really wanted to have this app so that I didn't have to worry about losing the book that comes with the scale with all the codes.

4. After tapping sign up, it asks where I bought the scale.

5. Promise does not go away, and I cannot sign up.

6. But over all the scale comes in handy..Can't get past sign up.

1. Fix GG Food Codes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GG Food Codes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GG Food Codes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GG Food Codes" » Open GG Food Codes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GG Food Codes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GG Food Codes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GG Food Codes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GG Food Codes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GG Food Codes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GG Food Codes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GG Food Codes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GG Food Codes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GG Food Codes not working
