1. Importing a ticket never works (with or without "DFP", however the booking exists and can be managed online with same reference - come on guys, your app only does a few things - at least get it right).Worst app I've used in a while The functionality is appalling - child entries defer to infant and then won't accept details, because they aren't infants.

2. I managed to contact them, awfully hard thing, and they steered me from left to right just to avoid giving me my money back which their system faultly took from my account offering me a false ticket that was not available to book to begin with.

3. Can't redeem my voucher, tried to re book a ferry and its taken money but went to time out on the app so no confirmation email.

4. A £40 day return trip I can book directly with Condor Ferries costs £70 if I book the same trip through the Direct Ferries app (still traveling on the same Condor ferry).

5. Does anyone from the company use or read any of the reviews on here? So...... if you want to book a ferry.

6. "Error fetching bookings" on first load every time - when you reload it works.

7. Clicking on field for return date makes you reselect departure date and time first.

10. Does not remember your settings meaning each new search requires laboriously re-entering car details.

11. New update has bug which does not allow multiple passengers with same age to be entered.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Direct Ferries Issues

1. Fix Direct Ferries Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  4. Check Direct Ferries app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Direct Ferries might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Direct Ferries. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Direct Ferries then reinstall.
