1. The Apple app was working , the android one is not.Only in case the phone number registered in some other person phone than you can see the number name but if the number new absolutely doesn't find can't ever so you bought it in your phone and they will take all your contacts number 😉 and valve it in the application so what we write we will see it live 😉I don't know why they changed it but the functionality most people want (blocking call centers) is not here, it's in the search.ch app nowUnusable on Android 11.

2. Please fix, since these are (along with the phone number search) the main featuresIt is not working! I've allowed the app with all the permissions required but the app is not able to block or even detect call center call.

3. Can't enter text in the search without it skipping characters, and it's very slow.I gave the app all permissions that it needs and I have activated settings like "block telemarketing calls" and "show incoming calls info".

4. Unfortunately, the app does not block telemarketing (even if it recognizes the number as telemarketing) and does not show info on the incoming call.

5. A perfect example of the terrible incentives of free apps ; the latest refresh removed the useful functionality for finding ATMs, etc.

6. Only reboot of the phone helps.Latest version crashes immediately and repeatedly on Galaxy S10e.

1. Fix local.ch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart local.ch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the local.ch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "local.ch" » Open local.ch: booking platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for local.ch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear local.ch: booking platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from local.ch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "local.ch: booking platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check local.ch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, local.ch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall local.ch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall local.ch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing local.ch not working

2. Fix local.ch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make local.ch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to local.ch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, local.ch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
