1. At the end I paid almost twice the price of a regular seat, had I booked it with the carrier! Dishonest! To avoid, better, booking directlyBetter to book direct with ferry companies.

We are out of pocket $250 for a last minute hotel AND we had to repurchase the ticket for the ferry the next day as their terrible customer support couldn't even rebook us, just telling us there was nothing they could do...will never use again!It's a great app if you want to buy a ticket if you want to do anything else.

3. The negative point is that in case of cancel or reschedule, you have to pay €6 per booking, despite the original ferry company's free to change policy.Tried to reschedule a trip 2 days ahead and they never got back to me.

4. Love that you can save passenger's names to avoid entering them every time.Piece of trash app doesn't tell you when ferries are canceled, and doesn't give you a refund on canceled tickets.

1. Fix Ferryhopper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ferryhopper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ferryhopper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ferryhopper" » Open Ferryhopper - The Ferries App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ferryhopper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ferryhopper - The Ferries App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ferryhopper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ferryhopper - The Ferries App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ferryhopper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ferryhopper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ferryhopper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ferryhopper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ferryhopper not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ferryhopper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ferryhopper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ferryhopper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
