1. So the app is fooling us or the company has serious issues with technology they are usingWorst delivery app... Courier person has requested for a cancel for the third time..if they don't want to work,then why have they partnered with you...very frustrating...never using this app againIt took more than an hour to pick up the parcel when I booked it shows he will arrive in 15 min.

2. Neither I got my refund nor they provide any service.Poor app.. very poor UI.. Why do you have clone order button, one can press it mistakenly and it creates a new order and another delivery guy comes .. and it's all very very confusing.Order created at 10.55am at 11.10 i received the notification that person waiting to collect parcel.

3. During the booking itself why don't you'll mention before hand that the delivery person is gng to travel the world n reach your doorstep so just keep waiting waiting waiting .... Dunzo is slightly expensive but does delivery on time without any other muultiple pick ups.

4. Everytime I have to pay cancellation fees.They pick up multiple orders at a time which delays our order to reach and causes unnecessary issues.

5. I booked the twice and paid 130 each time but neither the order is visible nor any kind of acknowledgement received.

6. Courier asked to cancel the order but still we have to pay the cancellation fees.

7. Very bad in service after pick up the delivery partner telling about fuel charges.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wefast Issues

1. Fix Wefast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wefast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wefast App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wefast" » Open Wefast: Courier Delivery App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wefast » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wefast: Courier Delivery App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wefast servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wefast: Courier Delivery App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wefast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wefast might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wefast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wefast then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wefast not working


2. Fix Wefast Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wefast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wefast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wefast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
