Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix NexusPay Issues
1. Fix NexusPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart NexusPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the NexusPay App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NexusPay" » Open NexusPay » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NexusPay » click "UPDATE".
- Clear NexusPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NexusPay servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NexusPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check NexusPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NexusPay might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall NexusPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NexusPay then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NexusPay not working

- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NexusPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NexusPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NexusPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Reason: I tried to attatch my NID card to verify my account. But whenever I tried to attach the card and capture my pictures and then click the submit button, this app rejects my card and shows the error sign with some lines which are "EKYC service failed. User verification limit exceeded for the Nid Number."
