There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by NexusPay:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. To delete your NexusPay account, contact NexusPay via email and provide the reasons for your request.

3. Notify NexusPay of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete NexusPay".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "NexusPay" and Click "Uninstall".

But I cannot use NID card in new account due to registration once with NID card. So I want to delete my old account so that I can register a new account with that NID card.

  Reason: I tried to attatch my NID card to verify my account. But whenever I tried to attach the card and capture my pictures and then click the submit button, this app rejects my card and shows the error sign with some lines which are "EKYC service failed. User verification limit exceeded for the Nid Number."
  Because of that reason I can't use that app. So I want to delete my Nexus pay account.

• Please Help me. I mistakenly verified a nexus pay account by my NID card which is 01701707700.But I don't want this nexus pay account. 01911970118 is used in my bank account and I don't want to change this number to 01701707700.
