Why should I report an Issue with Daxko Mobile?

1. It's searching by name, but you have to enter the first 3 or 4 letters of your location, article included ("The Y of... ", not "Y of..."). To the devs: if you can't/won't support proper keyword searching, at least add a Browse option to the app so people can find their locations (A-Z and by state/province/etc.).App will not allow me to login on my Galaxy S23 to register for classes or activities.

2. Why provide location data just to constantly "Reset All Settings" to compare the schedules of the different YMCA locations near us? Some of us live at the edges of branch boundaries.

3. The app is advertised as simplifying the process of looking at schedules and programs, but the manual switching between locations and branches is no different than just going to individual websites.

4. The amount of time I have saved by using the app is now lost by having to spend so much time trying to get the bar codes to reload.For some reason, it logged me out and forced me to dig through my car for a long unused physical keycard to log back in.

5. And it takes you out of the app to the site.I just got a membership with the YMCA in Enid Oklahoma and was told to download this app in order to be able to sign in each day.

6. Best best part, no ads.The app, I was told, was how you can reserve lanes in the Lap pool for North East YMCA, but I cannot find the option.

7. The most recent update removed my access bar codes and now my facility cannot load my codes into the app so the app is useless.

8. I am able to login on my pc & laptop, however the local classes I want do not even show up on their online website.

9. I have different add blocker/firewall on each device so it appears to be universally blocked by those apps.

10. The Instructors search is a nice feature, as well as the programs, like looking for personal training sessions.

11. I may get back and give a better review as I try other activities, but the primary reason for joining is to swim.

1. Fix Daxko Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Daxko: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Daxko App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Daxko" » Open Daxko Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Daxko » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Daxko Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Daxko servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Daxko Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Daxko app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Daxko might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Daxko. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Daxko then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Daxko not working

2. Fix Daxko Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Daxko be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Daxko not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Daxko may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
