My only issue is I'm not sure about the privacy of images, since they have to be uploaded to the developer's server in order to be converted.heres some good things about this apps,once you have already choose the file you want to convert,then it shows "a" video ads...not to mention tho,everytime you open this app and "choose" the file,a video ads also pop up...thank you so much for this free app but now i have decided to uninstall it since this app use a video ads not like other ads before..For the most part the app works pretty well.

2. Tried different target file formats (png, etc) and six different photo programs and none of them could open up any of the files.

5. I was attempting to convert a JPG to an EPS file.It does require internet connection but it's the most advanced converter on the market.

1. Fix Image Converter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Image Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Image Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Image Converter" » Open Image Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Image Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Image Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Image Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Image Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Image Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Image Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Image Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Image Converter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Image Converter not working
