1. The CLEAR TO GO! ™ App connects with the CTG enterprise service for managing entry and safe usage of commercial facilities by presenting a series of questions deemed necessary by the facility to comply with federal, state and local guidelines as directed by the facility's legal & compliance team.
1. I keep typing in the verification code sent to my work email address, but keep being told the code is incorrect.
2. Keeps saying "service unavailable" after I enter a verification code it sent my email and device.
3. It's not stable.terrible. I tried to use the app and when I typed in the verification for Phoenix number it crashed and now when I attempt to use the app it tells me there is no account found with my phone number.
4. Plus on Android, the settings tab keeps asking for an email or phone number after a quick flash of the version and build info.
5. Please fix this issue so I can use the app and update my review. The last update on Mar 12, 2021 got rid of the push notification reminders and now I'm getting emails to remind to screen? I didn't opt in for emails and distinctly don't want them as they get lost in my inbox.
6. the same thing happened when i tried to do it with email. This app is a good step towards protecting workplaces and allows for screenings before going on site.
7. Then if I try again, it won't even send a verification code, just says "service unavailable".
8. However the app has a tendency to crash following the questionnaire without processing the responses so I have had to rely on the website instead.I get screening requests for my child but the app can never find them, then crashes every time.
9. I deleted app because it's not working, save time and dont download it.I did have some of the same issues listed below, emailed the support and within the hour it was fixed.
10. IDK how garbage like this is allowed into the Play store, much less required by my kids' school district. My job asked the employees to download app so they can track the vaccinations.
11. Some people need to take initiative instead of assuming everything is going to work perfectly all the time.
