Talkdesk Conversations Customer Insights

1. I can't make calls without the application getting hung up, frezzing, have to tap on the dailler two times just to open so that I can call the client.

2. And tech can never figure out the issue or fix the problem.Hi, my microphone only works when using the app I can't hear anything on my Bluetooth device.

3. Bluetooth only works through sound but microphone doesn't for some reason.

4. I had to shift from the desktop to app as my laptop mic was not working and its been a hell since then and I am not able to call from the app.

5. I will be increase my review when these instability issues are resolvedLess than Barebones functionality with a more glitches than I'm willing to put up with.

6. I installed the app and now can't open it.No issues at all, using this application since past 2 years and yet it has an absolutely perfect experience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Talkdesk Conversations Issues

1. Fix Talkdesk Conversations Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Talkdesk Conversations: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Talkdesk Conversations App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Talkdesk Conversations" » Open Talkdesk Conversations » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Talkdesk Conversations » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Talkdesk Conversations app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Talkdesk Conversations servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Talkdesk Conversations" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Talkdesk Conversations app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Talkdesk Conversations might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Talkdesk Conversations. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Talkdesk Conversations then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Talkdesk Conversations not working


2. Fix Talkdesk Conversations Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Talkdesk Conversations be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Talkdesk Conversations not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Talkdesk Conversations may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
