Why should I report an Issue with AppFrolution - My Hair Diary?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Kalati First to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. For example: being able to customize the model, being able to choose hair length, hair color, skin color, eye color ect.. It would be nice if the hair on the model could "grow" aswell.

2. Would love the app to be more in depth, + growth tips, more features, hair regimens, add tutorialsI tried putting in the dates of my big chop it only let's you go back 2018 no further so it was useless for me to move forward.

3. It would be nice to be able to record hair events and setbacks like the hair diary created by marleynaA.

4. Like for realNot really what i would call a diary, i cant make a note of what i did to my hair everyday and cant keep track if i am making progress.

9. Besides all of that it's a clean interface.For hair challenge reminders we can't set a date & time to control when the reminder goes off.

1. Fix AppFrolution Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppFrolution: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppFrolution App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppFrolution" » Open AppFrolution - My Hair Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppFrolution » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppFrolution - My Hair Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppFrolution servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppFrolution - My Hair Diary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppFrolution app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppFrolution might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppFrolution. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppFrolution then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppFrolution not working

2. Fix AppFrolution Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppFrolution be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppFrolution not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppFrolution may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
