1. Thank you.I instantly fell in love with this app and pixel art as well! There's just this bug where if you zoom in or out it glitches in a different place and sometimes undo's some of the art and it's really annoying! To me it happens every 3-5 seccond but that's because I have to zoom out and see if the art's looking fine and what I have to fix and I hope the developer-/s fix this glitch in the next update and then I'll change it to all 5 stars! :)))I love this app.

2. That being said there are a lot of glitches in the program, and a few quality of life changes that could be made, ie a color sorting button for after you pull colors from an image would be amazing as I can't find a sorter anywhere on the web.

3. Also, the files that dont get totally erased get corrupted and turned from 128x128 to (a real example) 630x630 and then I cannot change it back to 128 or it gets split up and now the whole thing is broken.

1. Fix Draw Pixel Art Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Draw Pixel Art: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Draw Pixel Art App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Draw Pixel Art" » Open Draw Pixel Art » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Draw Pixel Art » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Draw Pixel Art app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Draw Pixel Art servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Draw Pixel Art" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Draw Pixel Art app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Draw Pixel Art might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Draw Pixel Art. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Draw Pixel Art then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Draw Pixel Art not working

2. Fix Draw Pixel Art Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Draw Pixel Art be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Draw Pixel Art not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Draw Pixel Art may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
