1. Otherwise, fantastic! It works, all the time! Seems like that should be a "given" for all apps, but I've used dozens of apps that quit working, are updated and changed dramatically, "hang," consume too many resources, require too many permissions, etc., etc.... LaunchBoard simply does what it advertises, does it well, and is my primary "organizer" and quick launcher for the many, many apps on my phone and tablets.
2. Apps and contacts are accessed from a single widget with a configurable keyboard layout that has several color themes (upgrade to create your own), and it uses your native font.
3. After a few days with this on my homescreen, I simply cannot ever go back to scrolling through endless pages of apps looking for an icon! I thought it was weird at first that it's a widget instead of a launcher like everything else.
4. Also, an option to add shadows for the letters on the widget would be great so that letters could stand out more easily if you want to have a transparent background widget on top of a colorful phone wallpaper.I like the combination of favorites and quick and compact alphabetical listing.
5. First, an option to disable rounded edges on the widget would be nice so that one could have the widget stretch right from one side of the screen to the other without having the corners appearing cut out.
6. So my only suggestion for the future would be maybe to offer a floating button (with configurable appearance/transparency and can be docked to a screen edge) as an optional way to trigger the keyboard. This is a nice, clean replacement app for the now-ruined Elixir 2.
7. Regards, BTBI love it! If you only knew how many apps I've downloaded & tried, only to ultimately uninstall for various reasons, you'd take me seriously when I say I REALLY like it! I've found myself using it often throughout the day.
8. A little frustrated with the way that ads / premium got rolled out, but it's a bargain price for a one-purchase of an app that improves my phone experience so many days every day.Works great at what it's designed for.
9. If I had any suggestion for improvement it would be to have a shortcut or gesture that takes the user to newly installed apps.
10. Would also like an option to remove text labels under apps and contacts, and to use pictures as backgrounds.
11. Would like to see the ability to hide apps from a single checklist; hiding each one individually is a pain.
