1. Great customer service!Great app! No adds, and it's extremely big and grand! However there are a few setbacks, such as it crashes almost every time i am on the max canvas, and also it would be wonderful if they added an RGB colour Sliders, i would extremely love if they fix the crashing problem and if they added RGB sliders i would be ecstatic!I really love Pixel Brush, I have been using it for years.

2. Without uniform color pallettes available, I can't make anything look good, especially for making game assets.The app seems to leave the first pixel blank when coloring in one long stroke.

4. You constantly have to swap out the pencil tool for the eraser tool just for one or two pixels.I tried using this app, and at first it worked, but today it started being extremely unresponsive.

5. That and also it could really use some more brush shapes (especially 3x3 plus).The app is great 👍! I LOVE THE MERCH FUNCTION👍! What I would like if there's an extra setting when you export your photo if the not-drawn pixels should be deleted.

6. If you add support for pens you should give the option of drawing only with the pen and assigning any action to the button.The app is good but the lack of some alternative input method is really holding it back on a smartphone screen.

7. I've tried pixel studio, but with ps being designed for phones the experience on a tablet isn't as good.

8. With pixel brush being designed for iPad instead, the experience is much nicer, everything is streamlined and there is no clutter.

9. I've been using this app for a while and never had many issues, until I started working on a slightly larger project (180×180) and suddenly it crashes my system UI left, right and center when undoing.

1. Fix Pixel Brush Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixel Brush: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixel Brush App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixel Brush" » Open Pixel Brush: Pixel Art Drawing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixel Brush » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixel Brush: Pixel Art Drawing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixel Brush servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixel Brush: Pixel Art Drawing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixel Brush app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixel Brush might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixel Brush. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixel Brush then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixel Brush not working

2. Fix Pixel Brush Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixel Brush be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixel Brush not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixel Brush may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
