1. This app needs some sort of Bluetooth card to function as a watch only wallet...... And then I get a noncence reply to this message, so from two stars to one.It's very functional if you only want to keep cryptocurrencies, but its swap feature does not work at all.The hardware wallet used in conjunction with this application is phenomenal.

2. It was great while it worked, but it's not that tough, as it just sat on a shelf in my safe.5 12 2023... now I got a cool wallet pro,, but the app wont let me ad it.. So I have to have 2 different devices to have 2 seperate wallets? This bites... black down to 2 stars you go.. Will update when they get sorted Had to change my phone.

3. I like the physical wallet because it's the size of a credit card.

4. The card stopped connecting by Bluetooth on all devices, so app is useless without card wallet.

5. I wrote "it does not have a button to "Generate" recovery seed, and so I cannot go on to the next step as shown in their video of how to set up my coolwallet." I was very frustrated that I could not generate the numbers for the recovery seed.

6. Both together are a solid 4 stars and I recommend them as a hardware wallet.

7. Still can't connect all my crypto is lost????? UPDATE 9/2/20 5 STARS NOW! They sent me a simple set of instructions and now everything is back to normal.

8. Loading is slow; exchange rates are slow to download; a lot of the included currency wallets are either useless, or not great for general use.

9. I wish it would show all coins on the physical wallet.

10. So... I found that I had set the "font" size to be the largest possible, and I had set the size of the display to be the largest possible, so I could only see a section of the display.

1. Fix CoolWallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoolWallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoolWallet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoolWallet" » Open CoolWallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoolWallet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoolWallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoolWallet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoolWallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoolWallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoolWallet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoolWallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoolWallet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoolWallet not working

2. Fix CoolWallet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoolWallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoolWallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoolWallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
