Maps r.485 (and more!) Customer Insights

1. The app is free but I'll never pay for the paid version until they can atleast get my road name correct.Very confusing interface - with requests for payment at almost every turn.

2. After having paid and followed all necessary instructions, I wasn't able to unlock the PRO version in my Garmin Venu.

3. They have a good work to do in order to make it acceptable.Just a copy and paste from Google maps for the most part which means this map doesn't even name the road I live on correctly.

4. Contact customer support link on phone app side does not work either. Why even have a free app? App is unusable for free and 8.99 to unlock? Come on buddy.

5. too complicatedReally not good, went for pro version, instructions do not work or even make sense for my Venu watch.

6. Why not just put a paid for app on Google play and not a "free" version.Full of bloatware, non intuitive to use.

7. Indeed there are other apps coming together where part are under payment to unlock the PRO version, so they are not all offered as free.

8. Avoid.could not get it to work; i followed the directions to zend the code to unlock the app in the watch, but nothing happened; after many attemps asked for refund.

9. I don't often leave negative reviews, but this app doesn't follow any common design paradigms, has intrusive ads and basically requires IAPs to work properly.

10. Right now it feels like someone is trying to trick you into purchases and the spelling errors in the app aren't helping either.Told by the developer they were nominated by Garmin as "developer of the year" and won the "best wearable app" in 2019.

11. Contact them by e-mail and you will receive default answers saying to follow regular instructions.
