Will update the review as soon as this changes :)I want to use this app, but cannot remember my password, now every time I try to hit forgot password, I get a reply saying invalid email, but if I try to make an account, it will say that same email account is already in use, basically I have no way to log in , and can't find a way to contact anyone for help, I would give 5 starts if I was able to open the app and use it.Only complaints would be to maybe add a feature that shows the Total price of what my collection is worth, and a few Jordan's are missing from the database.

2. And app is missing plenty of newer shoesIs this a joke? Extremely limited list of brands, you can't filter or sort by anything except brand, and there's just not much there unless you want TONS OF NIKE or other very basic stuff.I didn't get any notification for news.

3. I was disappointed I couldn't add half my shoe collection, database didn't have a lot or the search function wasn't robust.

4. The only complaints I have are that the pictures are different sizes and sometimes kinda hard to see, and that you can't sort the search results by price.

1. Fix Sole Collector Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sole Collector: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sole Collector App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sole Collector" » Open Sole Collector: Shop Sneakers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sole Collector » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sole Collector: Shop Sneakers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sole Collector servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sole Collector: Shop Sneakers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sole Collector app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sole Collector might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sole Collector. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sole Collector then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sole Collector not working

2. Fix Sole Collector Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sole Collector be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sole Collector not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sole Collector may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
