For instance, I cannot connect my facebook and due to the app saying I so not have location services on my phone (which I do, and have granted permission) it will not let me verify my identity.I actually like this app because it seems like it is easy enough to get rewards, however the points I am getting for some of the achievements are being taken back after the bot says it wasn't able to verify my post.. I have shown people who work for CoinCircle the article and they agreed it was fine and there is nothing wrong with the article but still never gave me the points they took from me back.WARNING!!!! do not download or use this app for any money that you care about!!.

2. 2023 june update i have not been able to get any replies since January and says blockchain error when trying to withdraw.took over a month to tell me that I'm ineligible because of the state that I live in in the United States I'm pretty sure when I filled out my information on the first day it should have said something.

3. absolute complete disappointment you got technology yet you can't read what state I'm from for an entire month absolute freaking garbage throw away do not use.I will reassess the rating of this app if I am able to ever get in touch with a human being regarding my identity verification.

4. TX AL NY NJ CA etc So three stars bc although it is out of the company's control that these laws are in place it should be stated up front in the app summary in the Play store so that people in these states don't waste their timeI don't see many ways to earn.

6. The app will recognize the front of my ID however due to the state I'm in the barcode will not pick up on the app prohibiting me from moving forward and having the user experience in the way that it was designed as you're virtually cut off at the knees without KYC.

7. And just natviagating around Coin Circle form is alot more user friendly so far I like this alot better and letting you earn extra is a nice kick.

1. Fix CoinCircle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoinCircle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoinCircle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoinCircle" » Open CoinCircle » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoinCircle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoinCircle app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoinCircle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoinCircle" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoinCircle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoinCircle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoinCircle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoinCircle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoinCircle not working

2. Fix CoinCircle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoinCircle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoinCircle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoinCircle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
