1. Love the app! It's like a mini pole community! The only thing that can be a nuisance is when the app randomly closes or shuts down when trying to upload a video (there should be a maximum upload size somewhere before uploading a video or picture) and the second thing that's an issue is when you go to edit a post that contains a video, after the edit, the video won't play anymore, so you end up having to repost the video and deleting the original post.
2. For example: I first opened the app wondering if there was any handspring conditioning help, and there's a whole section! That's my big goal right now and Shelly has broken it down in a way that makes me feel like I'll get there: working my way from crucifix to handspring, with intermediate goals.
3. The only thing I wish I knew before buying the year membership is that some of the choreos in the beginner tab doesn't work or load and many of the videos I've watched so far have low camera and mic quality.
4. Shelly addressed this in a comment, but I want to amplify her point: If $150/year ($12.5/month) or $20/month seems expensive, many online classes I've seen are/were more than $12 for an hour long class.
5. I love availability to different pole tricks unlike searching the Internet fit2flaunt has a wonder list of chronological steps to every move from beginner to advanced.
6. However, it is not all gloom and doom, I love the variety of the categories.I purchased the Fit2Flaunt pole not knowing there was an app to go with it and I LOVE it! I love that the tutorials are concise (1-2 minutes) and well-organized.
7. I find I'm using my pole more often because I feel like I can get good conditioning or practice in when I don't have time for a full class.
8. Not to mention Shelly is a total badass and inspiration. The tutorials and community are really nice features but the app is so buggy it makes it so difficult to actually use it.
9. Shelly's explanations are extremely clear: and she works her way up to more challenging moves in a way that safely conditions you to move onto the next step, and making sure you don't get stuck between levels.
10. Other than that, the app works great!Seems like a great app, I thought it was a free home pole workout app.
11. Shelly app is great for ladies wanting a program to focus on weight and I like that she offers badges.
