I did like this service but it sucks.Cant use the app because i cant getany help from customer service to get my log in information so aint gonna even try anymore to use the app or the web page to getmy log in information because that site dont even work and trying to use there vhat service is so slow my chats keep getting disconnected and the same with trying to talk to someone on the phone was on hold so long there system disconnected the call and useing there email is just as bad so i give up trying to get any help at all😞😞!!I love it.

They advertise that they have all these phones like s9+ and note8 iPhone 8 and etc and the first phone I received back in December wasn't that bad at first I received the pixel 3 xl, but as I got to use it the power button wouldn't work to turn it on and then I couldn't hear anything through the earpiece, so I finally got in touch with customer service for a replacement and they told me it would be a complete random choice.

3. I was paying 65 a month just for slow unlimited plan and cintex offers better service than t-mobile or bigger carriers .A decent phone, decent service, no problem downloading apps or updates.

10. Tmoble in my area (Baltimore) should be top notch, but Cintex is super slow, i mean 800 kbps slow.

1. Fix Cintex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cintex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cintex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cintex" » Open Cintex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cintex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cintex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cintex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cintex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cintex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cintex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cintex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cintex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cintex not working

2. Fix Cintex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cintex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cintex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cintex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
