1. Great job on screwing up a once great app.why do you have an extra icon for your YouTube page when it's part of your original app, there's no need to take up to icons on my phone.

2. Now the entire catalogs come through as html code that can't be read.I'm an apprentice plumber.

3. In the most recent update all of the catalogs and documents are not viewable on a cell phone.

4. Also when you try to enter information to contact them, all it does is send email back to you and they seemingly do not get your correspondence.Dimension catalogue completely unusable.

5. If I didn't use this fir work i would just delete itI used this app daily for the dimensional catalogs until the latest updated screwed up the app.

1. Fix CPF TechTools Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CPF TechTools: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CPF TechTools App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CPF TechTools" » Open CPF TechTools » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CPF TechTools » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CPF TechTools app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CPF TechTools servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CPF TechTools" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CPF TechTools app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CPF TechTools might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CPF TechTools. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CPF TechTools then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CPF TechTools not working
