1. You can only watch the countdown on the app you can't share it and if you try it's only a screenshotI would give it a zero if I could! It keeps closing, then it continues to say I can't share because it is having problems downloading my image 🙄 NEXT APP PLEASE! A WAIST OF TIME!!Why does it keep jumbling up the order in which I have it set??? I go and change it but not a moment later it jumbles it up again.

2. My only issue with it is-Since the free edition only lets me have 1 countdown widget on my home screen, Could I at least pick the one I want, rather than the app randomly picking any? 🤔🤔 Please help.Not great.

3. It looks the same widget wise but the settings are a bit more in depth and you have to pay if you want the full picture (4x4) version.Widget Does Not Update On Its Own I got this app because my 5 kids are always asking how many days until the next birthday.

Its too much work and I would not reccomend this app at allThe actual set up is cool but there too many bugs, once you set it up it wont stay on your homescreen which it's supposed to do because it's a widget and it wont let you share it either.You can't add a song without the app crashing even though there is an option for it.

6. There needs to be more designs for the countdown clock, like how it's set up it could be different sizes and different shapes and there needs to be more fonts and colors to choose from than the limited ones already on the app.Just downloaded this app, so far so good.

1. Fix Birthday Countdown Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Birthday Countdown Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birthday Countdown Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birthday Countdown Widget" » Open Birthday Countdown Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birthday Countdown Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birthday Countdown Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birthday Countdown Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birthday Countdown Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birthday Countdown Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birthday Countdown Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birthday Countdown Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birthday Countdown Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birthday Countdown Widget not working

2. Fix Birthday Countdown Widget Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Birthday Countdown Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Birthday Countdown Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Birthday Countdown Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
