1. Those of you who may find it difficult to navigate? I've found with regular use, it becomes very easy & simple.Thank you.I have been using this app for many years; however, with the latest update, I have been unable to locate the design settings.

2. thank you! gonna test it out more:) only thing I would love to see added would be the ability to change the color of a specific line of text within a note.

3. I mean in essence it's a widget to quickly glance at memos, why do you need al that stuff?Thanks for fixing bugs, but recently editing text in widget auto scrolls all the way down to the bottom after every key is hit - very annoying.

4. Besides the setting aspect being difficult, taking notes is easy and fantastic and you are given lots of personalization options without having to upgrade to pro to get any of the bells and whistles.I enjoy your app very much.

5. UPDATE 11/01/2020 - The problem was me! I had forgotten that a widget needs to be placed on the screen before creating the actual memo.

6. I would find myself time and time again going all the way out and of the app and starting over to try and reach a setting to reset something for the widget and/or to personalize it.

8. This one was exactly what I was looking for! I love that this one has no background, the words just float on my screen.

9. Can this be fixed? Update: figured out the problem - Grammarly caused this auto scrolling to wherever my grammar was 'incorrect', so I turned it off and now it's fine.This is indeed a very good app.

10. When I erase words it randomly jumps to different lines, erases the wrong words and adds random words.

1. Fix Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas)" » Open Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) not working

2. Fix Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Memo Widget (to-dos&ideas) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
