Why should I report an Issue with TheDayBefore (Days countdown)?

1. I also wish my partner and I could share an account just like other couple apps.Its a great app sincerely! But it would have been better if android users also have a wide variety of widgets layout like ios has, its not a matter of "because ios and android is different." Even if its different from the ios one, can y'all still provide a different one for android users.I was not able to add the widget to my homescreen.

2. EDIT: I love the rounded corners for the widgets but when I add one and I choose to use the background picture, the pic is a little out of proportion... Plus, it'd be cool if I had the chance to set both vertical and horizontal text alignment instead of "right", "center" and "left" onlyGood app so far, does what I need it to do.

3. Best countdown app I've ever installed.When I opened it for the first time, it crashed a few times but after it opened successfully it has worked well.Great app so keep going, guys! According to my opinion, it offers the best widget, exactly the type of widget I was looking for: photo + name and no.

4. If I was able to see the countdown from my homescreen without opening the app I'd give it more stars...Amazing level of customization for this app and all it asks of its users to unlock features is to watch advertisements.

7. Doesn't look the same when you're editing it.I love it so far but the reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I wished it had a calendar where we could view the memories we've made.

1. Fix TheDayBe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TheDayBe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TheDayBe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TheDayBe" » Open TheDayBefore (Days countdown) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TheDayBe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TheDayBefore (Days countdown) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TheDayBe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TheDayBefore (Days countdown)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TheDayBe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TheDayBe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TheDayBe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TheDayBe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TheDayBe not working

2. Fix TheDayBe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TheDayBe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TheDayBe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TheDayBe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
