1. It's been reliable and easy, meets all my needs and helps me keep track of a number of "how long has it been since..." questions! I just upgraded to the paid version so I could have unlimited countdowns, really appreciate the timeline feature!It's G*R*E*A*T in that it keeps the set time period, though it will indicate how much time has elapsed if you didn't hear it.

2. I find it difficult to visualize deadlines, and this app helps so much!! Very easy to use, and takes up so little memory (an important benefit for my old-phone)! I love the background image and text font features, and am actually considering buying the premium version to get access to the other fonts, since the app is so useful.

7. Besides, keep up the good work.Had the app for just a day but so far I really like the features, ability to make it as plain or flashy as I want with different backgrounds, different counter formats, repeats and reminders.

8. The widget feature is good also for important ones that you want to keep up front all the time.

9. Also, the ability to change the default settings to not include seconds or years if we don't want to use those, instead of just on individual countdowns.

1. Fix Time Until Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Time Until: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Time Until App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Time Until" » Open Time Until: Countdown + Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Time Until » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Time Until: Countdown + Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Time Until servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Time Until: Countdown + Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Time Until app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Time Until might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Time Until. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Time Until then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Time Until not working

2. Fix Time Until Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Time Until be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Time Until not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Time Until may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
