Thanks 👍🏻Love the app, but wasn't able to auto transfer my app data across when I got a new phone - it only auto transferred the app itself, and I had to manually re-enter all my data!Fantastic app! The app I was using for years decided not to send notifications when I got a new Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I've tried everything to rectify that.

2. Overall an excellent and well maintained app.I paid for the premium version so I could get this app on my new phone and transfer contacts over, but it asked me to buy the app again and the link to restore purchases didn't work.

3. I decided to try this app and it's brilliant! I have all of my birthdays and anniversaries stored and it notifies me perfectly when in standby and "Do Not Disturb" modes, (the latter puts a notification at the top of the screen), so I never miss anything! There are plenty of ways to input contacts, e.g. from contacts, Facebook etc.

Also, two emails to support have gone unanswered so don't expect any help.I'm not sure how many revisions this has been through, this used to be an excellent app 1 year ago , maybe a tad longer , I realize things change and so do operating systems and permissions, but I'm uncomfortable with what needs to be done to make this reliably notify me.

5. However, if you ever get a new phone you have to pay for the premium version on both phones to transfer your data, one to be able to export and then on the new phone to import.. Otherwise you have to enter all of it manually again.

6. I see its switched to a paid app , and that's cool too , not sure it fits what I need at this point.App works fine, but having to pay just to turn off the notification sound is stupid.

7. I left a review and was told how to contact support who resolved the issue surprisingly quickly which I'm really glad of as this is a useful app I didn't want to lose.

8. I especially like the direct option to SMS my contact on their birthday or anniversary.Very user friendly, and the ability to customise anniversary details means I can use whatever I want for a description.

9. Don't know how it gets around the Android notification sound settings, but thankfully there's thousands of other apps just like this one that work just as well or better that don't require paying.Love the app.

10. There has never been an issue like the app has opened or the information has 'vanished'... nothing, nothing at all 🙂.I wish you contact google and google allows you to integrate your features in the contact app itself.

11. This app is a blessing for me as I don't have to write/type all the dates of the birthdays and anniversaries all I have to do is import the list from the contacts.

1. Restart Birthday Calendar & Reminder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birthday Calendar & Reminder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birthday Calendar & Reminder" » Open Birthday Calendar & Reminder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birthday Calendar & Reminder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birthday Calendar & Reminder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birthday Calendar & Reminder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birthday Calendar & Reminder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birthday Calendar & Reminder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birthday Calendar & Reminder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birthday Calendar & Reminder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birthday Calendar & Reminder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birthday Calendar & Reminder not working
