Why should I report an Issue with Countdown Widget?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My only gripe is that the countdown banner defaults to the bottom of the background photo in the widget, no matter what part of the screen you move it to in the app.

2. What's the point in having a widget on your home screen if it doesn't even count down?? Especially since the name of the app is "countdown" widget.

3. The new ads don't bother me, but it is frustrating that the widget doesn't always update to the accurate day count.

4. You can change the background picture, font style, countdown banner background and text colors and transparency, etc.

5. Whenever I put one ( a countdown) on my homescreen I am forced to watch an ad three times before I am able to use the app the way I want unencumbered.Looked for a bit, tried a few count down timers and they were nothing special and layout on those were not that intuitive.

6. I keep having to click on the widget to get it to update.OMG! They just did an update and made this ten times better! More pictures to choose from.

1. Fix Countdown Widget Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Countdown Widget: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Countdown Widget App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Countdown Widget" » Open Countdown Widget » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Countdown Widget » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Countdown Widget app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Countdown Widget servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Countdown Widget" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Countdown Widget app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Countdown Widget might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Countdown Widget. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Countdown Widget then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Countdown Widget not working

2. Fix Countdown Widget Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Countdown Widget be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Countdown Widget not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Countdown Widget may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
