Its also really nice to be able to throw in the birthdays of more distant relatives and acquaintances because it is such a nice gesture for them to know I remembered! 1. Fix Birthday Reminder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Birthday Reminder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birthday Reminder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birthday Reminder" » Open Birthday Reminder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birthday Reminder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birthday Reminder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birthday Reminder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birthday Reminder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birthday Reminder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birthday Reminder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birthday Reminder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birthday Reminder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birthday Reminder not working
