For now its waste of time.The app has all country numbers I love that but I am so sad, you people should help me ever since I started using the app, I haven't used it to open whatsapp, it keeps saying the numbers is incorrect even if I add the country code of that country and add the number available, it will keep saying the numbers are incorrect for that country, please help me, I am pleading 😭😭Needed it for sms verification but ALL the numbers had already been used for the application (tiktok) so it was useless to me.

1. Fix SMS Box Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SMS Box: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SMS Box App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SMS Box" » Open SMS Box - Receive SMS Online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SMS Box » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SMS Box - Receive SMS Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SMS Box servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SMS Box - Receive SMS Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SMS Box app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SMS Box might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SMS Box. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SMS Box then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SMS Box not working

2. Fix SMS Box Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SMS Box be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SMS Box not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SMS Box may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
