1. Very disappointed! I found another app that may be even better when it comes to selecting and printing texts.I am an attorney and am using this app to download chains of text messages that I am going to have to present at trial.

5. UPDATE!! Here is what I did to resolve this: Uninstall Reset phone Install WITHIN the app, go to notifications and set to ALLOW App working as described ... EXCEPTION is that it does not recognize that I have the paid version.

6. The app still keeps crashing and it seems to be if you get over a certain amount of text message with a person it doesn't recognize the contact.This app (I have the pay version) was sufficient until a weak or so ago.

7. It would be very helpful if once I create the documents or I could delete the actual text messages from the app itself April 2023 I use this app happily for quite a few years.

8. Upon opening the app, it may be asking you to allow notifications....and if you have it blocked....app will appear to be crashing when its really your phone not letting it get passed the permission request screen.

9. With this (paid) version on the settings screen some of the selection areas overlap with others making it almost impossible to tell what the next options are.

10. The only thing that appears to be missing is that it cannot find message chains that were sent by FB Messenger in which one of the recipients is on a phone and the other was using Messenger.
