1. Haba!You guys don't even deserve any rating at all, the app has been so annoying lately...when you try to log into the app it keeps showing blank...you cannot log into the app to make transactions, because it has become so inefficient and unresponsive.Terrible update.

2. I used my ATM to transfer the money in it to another account so I can perform transactions.Mine is frustrating! It started 28 April, 2023 with a music that leads you a message Mobile App Keeps Stopping.

3. An updated app should be better & not worse .Terrible app that hasn't worked for about 3 months and the bank is not fixing it only to be introducing valueless sound.

4. Haba! Fast forward to 2023 (2 years after first review) it's even worse! I cannot save or download payment receipts to forward to payees after payments.

5. Terrible experience I must say the least.Since this app was upgraded, it just keeps stopping, I don't have access to it anymore.

6. Also, when making transfer and typing in info the screen cannot scroll up or down thereby making it very difficult to see the amount of money u input and payment description.

7. Despite clearing the cache, uninstalling, re-installing, deleting my files, creating more storage space, sending email to customer care.

8. So terrible.Bugs weren't fixed with this new update but rather more bugs were created.

9. Reverse to the old update pending fixing the updates.It used to be a good app but now worse.

1. Fix Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Union" » Open UnionMobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Union » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UnionMobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Union servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UnionMobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Union app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Union might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Union. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Union then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Union not working

2. Fix Union Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Union be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Union not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Union may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
