2. FYI... Cetus, your replying with a stock response that says NOTHING is actually worse than no response at all.At last count, I believe I tried 9 different remote apps that didn't work well before trying this one.

3. On top of that, they have a button that attempts to trick you into rating it five stars therefore it calls into question the entire validity of any reviews.Wanted to love this app especially after watching the video and seeing the mouse toggle function but no such luck.

4. A couple of drawbacks though; *Floating remote button doesn't work outside of the app which renders it pointless.

5. Many of the function buttons look like remote control functions and mislead one to unwittingly click on them and then you are forced to sit through 30 seconds of the commercials on your device.

6. Here's an example: you can move the mouse with it, but you'll still need to hold your Amazon remote in the other hand bc I can't figure out how to get it to 'click' on something.

7. Also most of the buttons on the remote function do not seem to work.

8. I bought mouse remote for fire tv already, this is just one, easy to explain example, of why I'm uninstalling this mediocre product.

9. Other than those downsides it's a pretty solid remote control for your android box.The app has great potential.

1. Fix CetusPlay Remote Control Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CetusPlay Remote Control: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CetusPlay Remote Control App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CetusPlay Remote Control" » Open CetusPlay Remote Control » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CetusPlay Remote Control » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CetusPlay Remote Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CetusPlay Remote Control servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CetusPlay Remote Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CetusPlay Remote Control app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CetusPlay Remote Control might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CetusPlay Remote Control. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CetusPlay Remote Control then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CetusPlay Remote Control not working
