1. So what's the point of even having an App if it doesn't work and gets worse over time? VERY DISAPPOINTING!I have tried over and over to register to use app, but it will NOT allow me to register.

2. Date of birth listed wrong on electric copy while printed copy sent by mail is correct.

3. Tried to log in but says "unauthorized" What a waste of digital space.Literally don't even bother.

4. I tried all the tips online for fixing the issue but none worked.Just downloaded it.

5. 🙄On the ID card, multiple images stack up vertically and cover my name.

6. You can put in all your info, go to appointments, change doctors and bothing changes.

7. Just use the browser version on your phone or computer.Is this app legit? Won't let me register.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Coordinated Care Issues

1. Fix Coordinated Care Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Coordinated Care: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Coordinated Care App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coordinated Care" » Open Coordinated Care » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coordinated Care » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Coordinated Care app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coordinated Care servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coordinated Care" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Coordinated Care app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coordinated Care might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Coordinated Care. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coordinated Care then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coordinated Care not working


2. Fix Coordinated Care Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coordinated Care be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coordinated Care not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coordinated Care may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
