1. There are other similar apps that work seemlessly time and time again so I'm not sure why EvolveYou is struggling so much.If you're a barre girl, Emily is an AMAZING barre instructor! She really makes working out at home, feel like I'm in a studio.
2. I feel so welcomed to be in her class and motivated to continue when I just want to quit! I can't wait to build my endurance (and confidence) to work my way up to HIIT and other workouts.
3. Pro: Wonderful trainers and so many options! Con: I've had the app for over 3 years now and everytime I am training with a video (off wifi), for example with Emily's pilates course, the video pauses every 4-6 seconds, with a pause of 10-15 seconds and sometimes just shuts down and stops working.
4. This app not only includes video clips but also a written description on how to do exercises! I'm a visual learner so I absolutely love the clips! & a plus for the food/ nutrition part! All the recipes are easy!I love that this app has so many options for exercises.
5. I wish I could more easily move workouts around in my plan to fit with my changing schedule or what I feel like my body needs on a certain day.
6. When I was choosing the trainer I wanted, it wouldn't work even after I restarted my phone, the app itself, and uninstalled it.I shouldn't have paid the year upfront.
7. It's been so frustrating to use these wonderful workout guides when the app is constantly "offline" (despite having connection), glitchy, crashing or just good ol' blank screen.
8. This is the second time I subscribe to this program, I waited a year and hoped they'd have fixed the bugs in the system; however, they've only gotten worse.
9. Lastly, I was hoping I can watch some Netflix when on my run but the app will pause the exercise if I get out of the app, so it won't continue in the background like other apps.
10. I can't switch apps in the middle of my routine nor block my phone, because otherwise I need to restart the workout.
11. I wish the motion picture of Krissy showing the exercise was bigger, some of them don't work so it's just a stationary picture.
